TOGETHER WE RISE ART PRINT

It was Greek storyteller Aesop who first wrote the phrase, ‘United we stand, divided we fall’. While these wise words came into being more than two thousand years ago, we are still made to feel divided and categorized on a daily basis. We are judged and assessed based on one aspect of who we are more than people take in the full picture. But, it still stands to be true that it is our similarities and ability to work and fight together that are our greatest strength as a species.

Whether it is stories of people working in partnership in times of trouble, communities banding together to help or just speaking out for what is right, we are all responsible. In joining our voices, they become louder and in supporting each other, walls become easier to climb.
